Read this page completely before operating the machine, and never leave the machine unattended while it is running.
To ensure personal safety and stable operation of the equipment, strictly follow the safety guidelines below:
Never open the enclosure door while the equipment is operating to avoid direct exposure to laser radiation.
The equipment must be attended by an operator at all times during operation to prevent accidents.
Never process materials containing polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorides, or other materials that may produce toxic gases.
Before turning on the equipment, ensure that the exhaust system is operating properly and that the work area is well ventilated.
Always disconnect the equipment from the power supply before replacing the laser module.
Clean the laser lens regularly (see the "Laser Maintenance" section for details) to prevent contaminants from burning onto the lens and causing irreversible damage.
To ensure personal safety and stable operation of the equipment, do not process the following materials:
PVC and Chlorine-Containing Plastics: May release toxic chlorine gas during engraving, which is harmful to human health and may corrode the equipment.
Metals with Unknown Coatings: The composition of the surface coating may be unknown and could produce toxic fumes or cause abnormal laser reflections.
Highly Reflective Mirror-Like Materials (such as untreated mirror-finish metals): May reflect laser radiation and damage internal laser components.
Processing Recommendations:
Before processing materials with unknown or uncertain composition, it is recommended to conduct a test at low laser power. Check for any unusual fumes, sparks, or reflections, and proceed with batch processing only after confirming that the material can be processed safely.
If the material produces a pungent odor, open flames, or abnormal splattering during testing, stop processing immediately.
