Read this page completely before operating the machine, and never leave the machine unattended while it is running.
To ensure personal safety and stable operation of the equipment, please strictly observe the following safety guidelines:
Do not open the enclosure door while the machine is operating, and never look directly into the laser beam.
The machine must be attended by an operator throughout the entire operation to prevent accidents.
Do not process materials containing polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorides, or other materials that may release toxic gases.
Before starting the machine, ensure that the exhaust system is operating properly and that the working area is well ventilated.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before plugging in or unplugging the laser cable.
The laser protective window must be cleaned regularly (see the Laser Module Cleaning section for details) to prevent contaminants from burning or sintering onto the window, which may cause irreversible damage to the lens.
To ensure personal safety and stable operation of the equipment, do not engrave or process the following materials:
Processing Recommendations:
- Before processing materials with unknown compositions, it is recommended to perform a test at low power. Check for any abnormal smoke, sparks, or laser reflections, and proceed with batch processing only after confirming that the material can be processed safely.
- If the material produces an irritating or pungent odor, open flames, or abnormal splattering during testing, stop processing immediately.
The engraver has been certified as a Class 1 laser product in accordance with IEC 60825-1. This classification applies only when the machine is properly installed and operated as specified in the user manual, with the enclosure door closed and the safety interlock function operating properly.
Note: After the bottom plate is removed, the engraver no longer complies with the Class 1 laser product safety classification under IEC 60825-1 and is classified as a Class 4 laser product. Always wear appropriate laser safety glasses before operating the engraver again.
